The Privacy Policy of FITS Certified
This site collects certain information about you for the purposes of statistics and the administration of the website. This is general information about your browser, your connection and geographical area, but contains no personally identifiable details that you have not voluntarily given. We do keep that information indefinitely, but we do not share it with any other organizations or companies.
If you choose to register for our inspector or installer listing service, we also ask for some additional information, including an email address, which we use to verify your registration request. You can choose to conceal this address from public view. If you choose to hide that email address, this site will use that address to contact you only for administrative purposes. We will not sell that address nor share it with other sites EVER. If you choose to have the address visible with your other listing information, you may be contacted by any person or automated script, but we will not sell or give your email or other information to anyone except as designed by the service you register for.
The software used by this site may set cookies on your computer. No personally identifiable information beyond your IP address is contained in these cookies, and we do not share it with other organizations. Cookies can be controlled by the options of your browser.
